Singum C & W Srl was established in early 2008, when it took over from the previous management, with its over thirty years' experience in the rubber modeling sector. Throughout the years, the company progressed from being a small, artisanal workshop to a full-fledged industrial organization. Today, it can rely on top-level technological added value, offering Clients customized and targeted products with user-ready chemical and technical characteristics. Its history, and commitment to quality, place Singum C & W at the forefront of the compressed rubber technical product sector.

The production department is made up by:

• n° 19 vertical compressing presses, varying in power from 100 to 500 tons. Surfaces' max dimension 500x500 to 1200x1200.
• n° 1 closed mixer for various preparations, 50 liters capacity
• n° 3 open mixers
• n° 1 automatic plant for the application of sealant to the rubber/metal joint
• n° 2 automatic pre-shapers issuing semi-worked products in rings and strips.

All this, combined with a lab for the testing of rubber mixtures, enable Singum C & W Srl to continuously and attentively monitor the production of rubber prints, thereby insuring optimal quality.
